It’s also a 49-state model , EPA Certified, but not sold in California.

Torque is 2.3 ft-lbs at 6500 rpm. Similiar power as a moped. Top speed 30 mph.
Weight 263 lbs. It’s a heavy, big bike, but with very low power. Carrying capacity 300 lbs.
Bigger diameter 16″ tires make it easier to stay in control over bumps, dips, and pot holes.
Automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT) for good acceleration and hill climbing.
Locking under seat compartment holds a full face helmet, or many books. Great for students.
In some states, because it’s 49cc and slow, it’s considered a moped, and does not need a drivers license.
